Annual Events at the New Zealand Marine Studies Centre
Every holiday the Aquarium has a different theme for displays and activities. Our regular visitors know that there is always something new to check out - perhaps a tank full of salmon, crayfish or munida, and displays on research or conservation issues. For children there are activities such as an aquarium quiz, treasure hunt or discovery trail as well as dress-ups, art and craft activities.
See below for a brief outline of events coming up over the year. For detailed information about holiday programmes, please check for upcoming events on our home page, or join our email list if you would like to receive regular updates.
