The Department of Marine Science at the University of Otago offers a diverse range of undergraduate and graduate level courses.
Students in Marine Science come from diverse backgrounds, ranging from international students taking courses as part of a semester abroad to those from both NZ and overseas doing undergraduate papers, and MSc and PhD research. Postgraduate students come from a variety of disciplines including biology, food science, botany, geology and chemistry.
