Gail joined the University in March 2007. As the Department Administrator, Gail provides personal assistance to the Department Manager, Head of Department and administration support to all staff members.
She is responsible for the financial accounts, marketing of the department, making travel arrangements, assisting with publications, department seminars and postgraduate study coordination.
Gail has a strong background in customer service and assists staff, students and visitors when necessary.
