Terms of Reference
- To hear and determine any appeal against:
- refusal to admit to a course for which a limitation of enrolment has been imposed;
- any determination or decision of or any person authorised to exercise disciplinary authority;
- such other decisions which the Council or its delegate may give leave to appeal;
- To refer in its absolute discretion any appeal to the Council for decision;
- To recommend to the Council dismissal of any appeal without hearing the parties.
Constitution
- A panel of lay, academic and student members of Council selected by the Council;
- A quorum shall be three, of whom at least one shall be a lay member of Council, and one, wherever possible, shall be a student member;
- The Convener shall be appointed by the Council.
