Financial Services Training
The financial training modules provided by Financial Services cover all aspects and levels of financial administration and financial management to assist University staff members in their respective financial administration roles. The modules are designed to be informal with examples, exercises and open discussion, and FSD will be pleased to receive feedback from staff.
Training modules are scheduled throughout the year and presenters are able to provide one-off sessions for departmental requests, or one-on-one sessions when the need arises.

Human Resources Professional Development
The General Programme covers topics including professional, personal and communication skills and as well as topics such as inclusivity and career development open to all staff.
Information Technology Services (ITS)
ITS provide computer training courses ranging from basic keyboarding skills to advanced technical subjects.
Courses usually are 1 or 2 hours, most are free for staff, and you can book a place online. Individual tuition or group sessions are also available.

Professional Development Review for General Staff
