Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
To guarantee this great room at this great price we do ask for a valid credit card authorisation or payment. Cancellations can be accepted to 5pm Wellington time, 24hrs prior to the day of arrival. A cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation will be charged for reservations cancelled without the required notice or in the event of a non arrival.
Bookings not guaranteed with a valid credit card are held until 6pm on the day of arrival. If you have not arrived by this time the Mercure Wellington cannot unfortunately guarantee your room after this time.
