Presentations

Presentation Format

Presentations should generally be of a research, theoretical, or practise oriented nature.

Presentations must be presented in person by the author (at least one author in the case of multiple authored papers). Each presentation should take no more than 20 minutes and will be followed by 10 minutes of questions from the audience. Oral papers will be presented in sessions of 4 presenters.

Appropriate equipment will be available in the conference venue for the presentation of MS files and audiovisual material. Delegates requiring specialized equipment are requested to contact the conference organisers prior to the beginning of the conference to ensure availability.

Presenters are required to email any computer files to be used in their presentation to the conference organisers by the 30th of November in order to allow their files to be uploaded to the venue computers prior to their presentation time. 

Please clearly label your presentations to include the presenters name and title and email to: anzals@otago.ac.nz.
