The University of Otago's Applied Science programme combines the excitement of science and technology with the challenges of business. It is an innovative programme for high-achieving students and offers a four year undergraduate degree, and masters degree. Undergraduate students with a strong academic record through their first two years will be invited to enter the honours programme which emphasises opportunities for development of independent research skills. Applied Science helps students prepare for careers in growth areas like information and communication technology and biotechnology.
