Aquinas College has several staff in place to provide a safe, academic and fun living environment. We are all here to help.

Phil Scorringe, Maintenance
Phil has a wealth of experience in maintenance and possesses a great eye for detail. He works hard to keep the College in an excellent condition. Phil manages the online maintenance reporting system where residents can inform him of anything that requires fixing around the College or in their rooms.
Phil usually works afternoons Monday - Friday
Brian Satake, Associate Head of College
Brian has extensive experience working at Hayward and Cumberland Colleges in the past (and admits that AQ is by far the best!), and brings an extensive amount of knowledge and skills to the Aquinas team.
He is primarily responsible for ensuring the pastoral care and safety of Aquinas College residents, whilst also assisting with any late night enquiries. Brian works Wednesday to Saturday, usually during the evenings and nights.
Brian Galvin, Kitchen Manager
Brian has been gracing us with his culinary skills since 2008. Married to Trish, with 2 children, Brian saw the light and moved to Aquinas after a stint at Cumberland College.
Brian goes the extra mile to ensure every resident is happy and the food is delicious. He has been a winner of the College Chef of the year competition in both 2014 and 2016. Please approach Brian and his qualified team with any queries you have.

Residential Assistants (RAs)
Aquinas RAs are experienced students who live on site, one on each floor.
RAs are there to help Aquinas residents adjust to the unfamiliarity of moving away from home and first year University study.
Our RAs are trained to support you. They're an integral part of the community and help provide an enjoyable living and study environment. There is an RA on duty each night and at the weekend - so help is always at hand.
Meet our 2017 RAs
