The 2011 New Zealand ASCEPT SIG Meeting will be hosted by the Department of Clinical Pharmacology, Christchurch Hospital and University of Otago in Christchurch.

The venue is The Chateau on the Park Hotel Christchurch, 189 Deans Ave, Riccarton, Christchurch 8011.

Programme

Scientific and Social Programme 2011 [1MB pdf]

The ASCEPT programme will commence with a pre-meeting function on Sunday, 28 August, at 6:00pm.

On Tuesday, 30 August, the ASCEPT meeting will combine with the Carney Centre for Pharmacogenomics meeting, and will finish at around 5:00 pm.

Carney Centre for Phamacogenomics meeting

The ASCEPT Registration Desk will open from 6:00pm on Sunday the 28th of August and again at 8:30am on Monday the 29th of August. The conference will follow the usual format of oral and poster presentations.

The ASCEPT Conference Dinner will be held at 7:00pm on Monday 29 August at The Chateau on the Park Hotel, Christchurch.

Abstracts (MS Word 97-2003 version), in the usual ASCEPT format, should be sent to Jane Vella-Brincat (janevb@cdhb.govt.nz)

We would like to remind abstract authors that if you are presenting an Oral, a total of 15 minutes is allocated for the talk and discussion. A maximum of 10 minutes for the actual presentation should be adhered to and a beeper will sound once this time has elapsed. This is to allow 5 minutes of discussion.
