Car Parking
The University has three short term visitor parks available but these must be booked in advance by contacting the Auckland Centre Administrator, telephone 64 9 373 9705 or email auckland.bookings@otago.ac.nz
Full day parking is restricted to course presenters, subject to availability, for $15 + GST per day.
Car parks are available at the Centre to University of Otago students Monday - Thursday from 5.45pm - Midnight. Students may not use the visitor parks at any other times.
Cars parked illegally will be towed away without notice.
Public Car Parking
Wilson Parking operates car parks:
- 401 Queen Street. This facility is in the building next door to the Centre.
- Corner of Queen Street & City Road. Entry on City Road.
- 56 Wakefield Street. Entry and exit on Wakefield Street. Pedestrian doors, Wakefield Street and St Paul Street.
Auckland City operates car parks:
- The Civic underground car park, Aotea Square. Their ‘early bird’ pre pay rate on weekdays is available before 9.30am, exit before 7pm, on level 3.
- Mercury Lane, behind Karangahape Road. Pre pay ‘early bird’ parking available before 9.30am.
Tournament Parking operates car parks:
- Grey’s Avenue, opposite the Civic Building, Monday - Friday 6.00pm - 6.00am. open air park.
