Student travel grant
Postgraduate students are warmly encouraged to attend the meeting, and to present their work if it is sufficiently advanced. Presenting students from New Zealand are also eligible for a conference travel grant. Applications for grants, using the form provided, must be received by 14 July 2017.
Applicants will be notified of the amount of the award as soon as possible after this date. Grants will be paid at the conference and payment is subject to registration for the entire AWCBR and presentation of a paper.
Student travel grants are provided through the generosity of the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand, and are given only to persons studying in New Zealand. Successful applicants will receive a full refund of the Early Bird registration fee plus a grant-in-aid for travel, pro-rated based on distance to be travelled.
The Goddard Prize, for the oral best presentation by a student, and the Student Poster Prize, will be awarded at the end of the last session of the conference.
