Why Your Donation is Important to Us

The brain researchers at the BHRC have to spend long hours away from their labs preparing grant applications to keep their research programs active.

Donations to the Brain Health Research Centre will free up our researchers to do what really matters: finding new ways to prevent or treat brain diseases and to promote repair of damaged tissue. There are many ways you can help support the brain research teams at the University of Otago, including donations (for example in memory of a loved one), bequests, and regular giving.

To discuss how you would like to support us, contact our BHRC administrator, Jill Leichter (ph 03-479-4066), or the Development & Alumni Relations Office. The Director of the BHRC, Professor Cliff Abraham, is also always available to discuss the Centre and ways in which you can make a difference. You can contact him directly at cabraham@psy.otago.ac.nz, ph 03-479-7648.

Every little bit counts. Thank you for supporting the excellent and internationally recognised research of the BHRC.
