Below are some solutions to a few common Blackboard problems experienced by students. If none of these help you, you can try the following:
- Find a Tutor-Supervisor (the helpful people in yellow waistcoats) in a computer lab and ask them for assistance.
- Phone (479-8888) or email (helpdesk@otago.ac.nz) the ITS HelpDesk.
