Overview

This project is part of a multidisciplinary programme which aims to reduce the burden of gastric cancer in New Zealand.

It involves the development of patient derived model systems including xenografts and organoids for assessment of response and resistance to currently-used systemic therapies, and the development of new systemic therapies.

This project would be suitable for a candidate with surgical skills and an interest in translational cancer research.
