Employer information sessions
Employers are welcome to talk about their recruitment directly to students in a seminar format.
Seminar times
Seminars can be held during the day or evening - we will ensure that your seminar does not clash with relevant classes or exams.
Lunchtime presentations follow the 50-minute lecture format, and evening presentations are generally longer. We recommend evening presentations start after 5pm.
Catering options
Otago has campus based catering facilities if you wish to have refreshments at the presentation.
AV facilities available
All lecture venues are fully AV equipped with computers (both Macs and PCs) and data projectors, and are supported by technical IT staff.
For presentations held outside lecture theatre venues, we have can arrange for AV equipment and support staff.
