Immune Solutions Ltd (ISL) offers a world-leading oral delivery method as an alternative to injections, aerosols and patches. Vaccines and bio-actives encapsulated in lipids bypass the harsh acidic environment of the stomach resulting in improved bio-availability to the small intestine. Significant success has been achieved in laboratory and field trials using an oral vaccine against tuberculosis. Additional research with viruses and nutraceuticals show promising results.
