Deb works part time as a Professional Practice Fellow for the Centre for Postgraduate Nursing Studies.

She has a clinical role with Canterbury Clinical Network as a Nurse Practitioner Community Older Persons.

Deb's interests are in older person's health and advanced nursing practice.

Deb has lectured in undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate nursing programmes
