Electronic Resources Access Problems
To report an Electronice Resource Access problem please email referencecml.uoc@otago.ac.nz .
Please provide as much detail about the problem as you can. Including:
- your contact details
- which computer network you were using
- university ID (if you have one)
- name of resource
- citation (if unable to access a specific article)
- date and time
- description of problem
- what helpdesks have you contacted?
- details of any action taken
The problems with electronic resources can be quite complex.
