Communications Office at the University of Otago, Christchurch
Communicating the many achievements in health research and teaching to the wider community, and through the University of Otago, is an important aspect of the role of the University of Otago, Christchurch.
The Communications Advisor assists the scientific and teaching staff to explain to the public and the media the wide range of health research undertaken at the School, and how this improves health care in New Zealand.
The Communications Office also organises a number of events at the School such as the Health Lecture Series where scientists discuss their work and health topics.
