Take part in a two day workshop “How to Teach Thinking” run by Dr Dorothy Howie, especially designed for Primary and Secondary School teachers working with learners from different cultural backgrounds.
Why teach thinking?
How can the teaching of thinking be practiced in an inclusive and whole school way? What do some of the most widely used and researched approaches to the teaching of thinking have to offer, especially for learners with different cultural backgrounds, and refugee backgrounds?
This two day course is designed to answer these questions and provide participants with a range of practical ideas and tools to enhance their own practice.
