Terms of Reference

To monitor, and make recommendations for any revision of the Memorandum of Understanding between Te Rünanga o Ngāi Tahu and the University of Otago;
To advise the University Council on matters of kawa and tikanga;
To facilitate the working relationship between Ngāi Tahu and the university;
To meet at least twice a year.
