HIST402 Topics in United States History

This paper for honours students permits advanced study of a particular topic in the history of the United States. The topic for 2017 will be: The American West: History and Myth. Each weekly seminar will discuss key readings in American history. Success in the paper requires thoughtful and conscientious preparation every week, constructive contributions at every seminar and high-quality written work in essays.
