Overview
The University of Otago College of Education offers a number of teaching qualifications at early childhood, primary (including primary bilingual) and secondary levels:
- Bachelor of Teaching (BTchg)
- Bachelor of Education Studies and Graduate Diploma in Education and Teaching (BEdSt & GradDipEdTchg)
- Graduate Diploma in Teaching (GradDipTchg)
For graduate teachers only:
- Certificate in Teacher Development (GCertTchrDev)
- Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching (PGCertTchg)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDipTchg)
- Master of Education (MEd)
- Master of Teaching (MTchg)
No new enrolments:
- Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) (BTchg(Prim)) (No new enrolments)
- Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) (BTchg(Sec)) (No new enrolments)
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) (No new enrolments for unendorsed option)
- Bachelor of Education (Teaching) (BEd(Tchg)) (No new enrolments)
- Diploma of Teaching (DipTchg) (No new enrolments)
- Graduate Diploma in Education and Teaching (GradDipEdTchg) (No new enrolments)
