Expression of Interest Form
Final date for enrolments is 10 December for current Otago students and 1 December for all other intending students.
Students on campus will be able to pick up a pack from the Summer School and Continuing Education Office from the end August 2010.
If you are not already an Otago student and are interested in receiving the Registration Pack, please phone or email the Summer School Office on 64 3 479 9181 or complete the registration of interest form below. Your Registration Pack will be mailed to you shortly after the end August 2010.
