Cumberland prides itself on being able to host a huge range of functions. Our team can tailor your function to suit your preferences (and your finances) to ensure you receive the experience you are looking for, whether it is for a reunion afternoon tea of 30 or an event dinner of 300
Options during the academic period
During the academic year we are able to host group meetings and reunion functions in our Green Room, Courtyard and Library.
Over summer: The sky is the limit
Once the summer period has arrived (mid-November to mid-February) we are able to do just about anything.
Make use of our sports facilities
With our wonderful courtyard and astro-turf sport court we are the perfect place for that end of year staff family Christmas BBQ – the adults can chat whilst the kids tire themselves out playing tennis, soccer, cricket and basketball!
Formal functions
Wanting something more formal? Our dining hall, library and Green Room provide an excellent venue for your reunion, group meeting, birthday function or wedding reception.
We can even provide accommodation for your guests from out of town.
