Woman

she parks the car
as if she's parked on God's space
or in a disabled space
and she's not disabled
and she's not religious
she parks the car
as if she's parked a hearse
it is black after all
but she's not the driver
and there's no funeral
she tries the door
experimentally
on the passenger side
as if someone might choose
to try it in her absence
I'm not interested in her car
only in her and her movements
