Edgar Diabetes and Obesity Research (EDOR) researchers are using wearable cameras to document the everyday experiences and surroundings of 11 to 13-year-olds in Tonga. The data generated will provide useful insights for health promotion interventions and public health policy.

Dr Viliami Puloka, Associate Professor Louise Signal, Dr Moira Smith and Tolotea Lanumata are undertaking this research, through the Health Promotion and Policy Research Unit, in the University of Otago's Department of Public Health in Wellington.
