Professor Sir Murray Brennan
DSM, in association with the Basic Medical Sciences Trust, hosted internationally respected oncological surgeon scientist, and illustrious Otago graduate, Dr Murray Brennan. As part of his visit, Dr Brennan gave a free public lecture where he shared his extensive experience on how far we have come, and where to from here, in our care of cancer patients.
The Future Face of Healthcare
A collaborative, free public lecture series aimed at celebrating and acknowledging the high level of commitment to research and teaching in the shared environment of the Dunedin School of Medicine and the Southern District Health Board.
DSM Postgraduate Research Day
As part of the Southern Health celebrations 2017, all DSM postgraduate researchers and guests were invited to the third annual Postgraduate Research Day where we showcased current postgraduate research and offered professional development opportunities for our emerging researchers.
