Master of Teaching (MTchg)
The University of Otago College of Education Master of Teaching has been specifically designed for in-service teachers. This programme will provide teachers with opportunities to examine their personal theories of teaching and learning, and evaluate their teaching practices.
The minimum completion time is two years of part-time study.
The admission requirement for the MTchg is a completed Bachelor's degree in any subject(s) appropriate to teaching, an equivalent teaching qualification, or professional and scholarly experience satisfactory to the College of Education.
