Academic Leader and Lecturer
Anindya's advice to learners
Acquiring academic knowledge, learning to apply it in the ‘real world’ and networking are all important to building a successful future career – and you will do them all with Executive Education!
Anindya on working at Executive Education
I love the challenges that working in executive education affords me. I teach people from many different backgrounds – both work and cultural – and this makes my work especially rewarding. There are many opportunities for us to learn from each other.
Anindya on his role at Executive Education
As Academic Leader, I form part of a team that ensures all our materials and programmes are tailored to meet clients’ exact requirements.
As Lecturer, I ensure that all my teaching is universally applicable, and not confined to any cultural or regional context. I achieve this largely through drawing on examples from various disciplines, including multiple branches of Management.
Background and experience
In addition to my role as the Academic Leader, Executive Education, I also teach courses in Statistics and Finance at the MBA programme and the Finance department.
I have an academic and corporate background. I have previously lectured at the Indian Institute of Management, one of India’s leading business schools. Prior to this, I worked for four years as a Quantitative Strategist at leading investment banks, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in London. My primary responsibility there involved modelling complex financial derivatives and designing customised financial products for clients.
