Purchasing Card

A Corporate Credit Card facility is available to staff. Also known as a Purchasing Card, or PCard, staff are able to make purchases for goods and services on behalf of the University.

Reduced costs and increased convenience

Using a Purchasing Card can greatly reduce purchasing costs, especially for those small dollar item transactions. There is also the convenience of not having to raise a purchase order or processing an invoice.

Card transactions are loaded into Finance One on a daily basis enabling cardholders to code their transactions and managers to perform more timely enquiries and analysis.
