MarketSite
MarketSite is an electronic procurement system used within the University of Otago.
As a MarketSite user you will be able to create shopping carts, select items from on-line catalogues or via suppliers‘ own websites when purchasing on behalf of the University.
Convenience and Purchasing Power
Ordering goods via MarketSite is a convenient way for staff to purchase items. Staff log into MarkeSite and create on-line orders. After you have receipted the goods, the order information and values will be uploaded into Finance One, thereby eliminating the need for any invoice processing by you.
Combining the purchasing power across the entire University means that you will achieve greater savings for your Department.
Become a MarketSite User
After being set up as a MarketSite user and receiving training, you will be able to log into and use MarketSite.
