Undergraduate Degrees
The Food Science Department offers three distinct undergraduate degree programmes:
- Food Science taken as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree
- Consumer Food Science taken as a Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Science (BCApSc) degree
- Food Innovation taken as a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAppSc) degree
All three degree options may be completed as an Honours degree, which usually takes four years. Students apply for admission to honours after their second year.
Combining Food Science with Human Nutrition or Marketing are other possible options.
