Graduate Research Month - August 2012
Graduate Research Month is a month long celebration of graduate students and the important role they play at the University of Otago.
This is the third year of Graduate Research Month and it promises to be even better than before! There are events for graduate students, prospective graduate students, staff, and members of the public.
Graduate Research Services is delighted to have a wide range of speakers offering thesis candidates motivational workshops. There will also be the return of the very successful Twitter Conference as well as the popular ball at Lanarch Castle. The month will start off with the OUSA Supervisors of the Year Awards and close with the always enjoyable Three Minute Thesis Competition. Throughout the month there will be special workshops and seminars designed to showcase all the services that Otago offers to its graduate students.
There are chances to share research, receive support, and socialise with Otago’s fantastic graduate community. Come along and join in!
