Fees 2026
Hayward Fees are set centrally by the University and are subject to change annually.
The current annual fee is $21,470 for 2026. Please refer to the Accommodation Contract for further details.

Payment options
There are 3 payment options available that you can choose from:
- Lump sum
- Quarterly: 4 equal payments – February, April, June, and August
- One up-front instalment plus 36 weekly automatic payments from your nominated bank account. From mid-February to late October.
