How do I pay my accommodation fees?
After paying your admission payment there are three ways that you may choose to pay your accommodation fees:
Option 1:
Lump sum payment, paid at beginning of the year.
Option 2:
One up-front payment, paid at the beginning of the year + 2 equal payments.
Option 3:
One up-front payment, paid at the beginning of the year + 36 weekly direct debit
payments.
Your residential agreement is for the 38-week academic year.
Can I bring my bike and where can I store it?
Our bike storage room has loads of space out of the elements, keeping your bike dry and secure.
Is there a laundry and is it free?
Our fleet of washers and dryers are free and located in the basement. Just bring your own detergent
Are there car parks available for students?
There are car parks available for residents. The cost of a car park for the academic year is $578.74 (this is subject to change). If there are more students than car parks available then the names are balloted.
Can I have guests stay the night?
Yes, you are allowed one overnight guest but their visit must be approved by either the Head or the Deputy a day in advance.
Can I get a telephone in my room?
Phone lines are available by request. There is a connection fee of and a monthly rental. The phone in your room is toll-barred, but you can access numbers through an 0800 number or calling card available from the Office.
