In NZ approximately 150 Nurse Practitioners (of almost 300 total) are now working in primary health care. The role stands poised to make a vital contribution to sustaining service delivery in many communities.
This presentation aims to dispel myths and misconceptions about the role and to contribute towards future effective collaboration with clinical partners.
