Rotary Pride of Workmanship Award
For University of Otago Staff, Dunedin Campus
The Rotary Club of Dunedin North, in recognition of the contribution that the University makes to the local community, has generously offered to make a Pride of Workmanship Award to staff employed by the University of Otago on their Dunedin campus.
This annual award gives the University an opportunity to give public recognition to staff who are doing an outstanding job, and to further develop our relationship with our local community. Academic staff are not excluded, but the award would seem more appropriate for general staff, especially those who would not normally receive public recognition.
Details of the award and nomination form can be found in the documents below. Heads of Department (Managers) who wish to nominate their staff for the award should complete the nomination form and return it to Jill Turner, Human Resources, Taramea House, 603 George Street by Friday 8th March 2013.
A panel chaired by the Director of Human Resources will select the award winner and forward their name to the Rotary club. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Jill Turner, Manager Recruitment, Development & Equity on ext 8116 or by email tojill.turner@otago.ac.nz.
