The Financial Services Division (FSD) Training Programme has been designed on a modular basis to ensure that all staff can attend sessions that are relevant to their workplace requirements. The modules are based on the policy and procedures contained in the Financial Services Division manual available through the University internet homepage.

Information Technology Services Computer Training
Information Technology Services (ITS) offers computer training in Windows and Mac operating systems, Keyboarding, Microsoft Office, Project, Filemaker, EndNote, SPSS, NVivo, Blackboard, Business Objects, Dreamweaver, Flash, Conference Posters, Digital Image, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, iMovie, Visio, Clicker and Microsoft Office Certification Application Specialist. They also offer technical courses such as MCSE, CNA, VMWare, Python, MySQL, PHP, Crystal Reports and A+, and testing for MCAS exams.
Training can be arranged on a one-to-one basis to suit individual needs, or you can join a scheduled training session. If several people in your department are interested in learning about a particular application, then ITS can organise a course specifically for your area.
