Leave Without Pay
In special circumstances Leave Without Pay may be approved. The Leave Without Pay Guidelines and Application Form are available on the right hand side of this page.
If the Leave Without Pay is due to illness, the circumstances should first be discussed with your Manager and Divisional HR Manager or HR Advisor to ascertain how best to accommodate the absence.
For the purpose of determining service based entitlements, all periods of leave without pay are deemed to interrupt but not to break service.
