Keeping Us Updated

It is important that Human Resources have up to date and relevant information regarding you in relation to your employment. If any information has changed since you were appointed, please update us using the forms and online tools described below. Links to these are also collated in the Get it Done section to the right.

Bank Account

If you change your bank account, or change banks, it is very important that you complete a new Bank Authority Form and forward it to Payroll without delay.

You can nominate one account only for your salary or pay to be credited into.

Name Change

If you change your name and want this reflected in our communications with you, we must ensure this is also the name the Inland Revenue Department know you by. Accordingly we action your change in name from receipt of a new IR330 form. This must be completed and forwarded to Payroll Services. Please also advise of your former name and the title you wish to be known as e.g. Ms, Mrs, etc.

Tax Code

If you change your tax code we action this from a new IR330 form. This must be completed and forwarded to Payroll Services.

Contact Details

It is important that the University knows how to contact you, or your nominated emergency contact person should this be required.
