The competition for 2011 is over and the prizes have been awarded.
We had some great entries and it was difficult to choose the winners. We are very proud that our students have so much enthusiasm for Humanities subjects.
A big thank you to all the participants, we enjoyed watching your videos and know others will as well.

About the Competition
The Humanities Student Mobile Phone Video Competition is a chance for Otago students studying Humanities papers to tell their own stories about what studying their particular subject means to them.
The title of your video is “My favourite subject at Otago is _(insert your own subject here)___”
Your video needs to tell YOUR story of why you enjoy this humanities subject, and what is special about studying it at Otago.
The Humanities Student Mobile Phone Video Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all Humanities students currently enrolled at the University.
Prizes
- 1st prize: $1000
- 2nd prize: $500
- Deserving entries will be featured on the University's UniTube website.
