Strategy and Planning
The Strategy and Planning Team supports ITS in three key service areas:
- by managing the project portfolio which maps the progress of significant ITS projects
- maintaining an inventory of the University’s ICT policies
- undertaking a range of strategy and policy assignments to support ITS and our customers
- providing project assistance.
- providing project templates and the ITS portfolio management tool.
Strategy and Planning is keen to help with any issues that our customers are facing.
