Scheduled Outage: Student Enrolment & Management System Outage

Time Frame: Friday, 3 August 2012, 12:00pm(Noon) to Monday, 6 August 2012, 8:00am

Description of outage/change:

All user access and interfaces to the current student management system, e.g. PIMS and Enrol, will be disabled to allow the new e:Vision system to be made available to students and staff, i.e. go-live, and associated updates to be made to the existing system.

University of Otago Main Webpages: In addition to the above, there will be a short outage (5 minutes) for the main Otago website on Sunday, 5 August 2012


Reason for outage/change:

To enable the new e:Vision student management system to be moved into production and for existing student data to be transferred into e:Vision.
