RESOLVED Alert: Access to Student Web Mail Degraded

Audience: All Students.
Description: A routing problem occuring in Singapore is affecting some NZ ISP’s ability to access Office365, the Student Email platform. Access via KAREN (from a University) seems to be unaffected at this stage.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this service interruption, due to the international nature of this issue, it is beyond our control.
