The University of Otago uses the All of Government (AoG) contract for purchasing desktop and laptop computers. The vendors in this contract are:

  • Acer
  • Cyclone (Cyclone brand computers and Apple products)
  • Dell
  • Gen-i (Lenovo laptops and Apple products)
  • Hewlett Packard
  • The Laptop Company (Toshiba)

This contract helps the University to keep costs down and makes the procurement process easier.

If you are or your department needs to purchase computer equipment, please contact the Purchasing team. Purchasing is a straightforward process using a departmental purchase order.
