Help Us Improve our Services – Website and Frequently Asked Questions

 

We are currently undertaking projects to redevelop our web presence (the ITS website www.otago.ac.nz/its in particular), and implement a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)/Knowledgebase system.

Goals of the web presence project include:

  • Developing an effective ITS web presence that meets our customers’ needs.
  • Using our web presence to communicate effectively with our customers.

The goal of the FAQ/Knowledgebase project is to create an FAQ knowledgebase and implement a system that is available 24x7 to provide answers to common questions that our customers are asking us.
