Courses only run with a sufficient number of bookings. Otherwise, an alternative date or individual tuition may be offered instead.

First email confirmation:

As soon as you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Please contact ITS.Reception@otago.ac.nz if you do not receive this within an hour of submitting the form.

Second email confirmation:

Nearer to the course date, you will receive confirmation that the course is running. This will include a map and training room information.

Cancellation Policy:

We are happy to accept substitutes on any course. Otherwise we require notice as follows.
If we receive less notice, you will be charged as if you attended.

• Short Courses (less than one day): 2 full working days notice required.
• Long Courses (one day or more): 10 full working days notice required.
