The CTO Survey Instrument

The process followed in developing our survey of health professionals’ views of CTOs, and the results of that survey, are described in the attached paper:

Interview protocols

In our interviews concerning various participants’ experiences of CTOs, several interview protocols were employed. The questions asked varied somewhat depending on the position of the participant, as patient, key worker, responsible clinician, family member, and so on.
